Monday- CNN Student News, new vocabulary (16-30) , Lesson 5 - What process do Historians use to investigate the past?
Tuesday- Share good news, quiz each other on vocab., Lesson 6- review problems with the First Day of School article- rank events 1-10, What makes something significant or important, learn historians 4 tools (graphic organizer of significance, time, space,social institutions),
Wednesday- Constitution Day, Geoguesser, quiz each other on vocab.,
Thursday- Share good news, article of the week (Life among the Iroquois- Lesson 7) , quiz each other on vocab., share out 5 importants events from their interview, write a reflection on the event you learned about that you feel is most important and why- why is it significant?? review 4 tools, make poster with a group, interview with an adult- HW
Friday- CNN Student News, vocab. quiz, review 4 tools and move into social institutions and needs of society, journal or discuss what a group of people would need to survive as a group, go back to Life among the Iroquois and text mark the social institutions
